• Mining Investment Asia is a strategic mining conference and exhibition for the leaders of the mining, quarrying and construction materials industries, bringing together 800 attendees from 35 countries.
  • The theme of this year’s  Mineral Resources 2025, an annual event organized by the Ministry of Mining, was integrated local/community development-partnership. It was held at Corporate Hotel on 15 February, and was co-sponsored by the Integrated Mineral Resources Initiative (IMRI), a programme run by GIZ, the German organisation for international cooperation, and the National Council for Sustainable Development and Social Responsibility.
  • "Discover Mongolia-2015” International Mining Investors" Forum will take place from 3-4, September 2015 at the Corporate Convention Center in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The event will feature a two day conference, an investors" exchange exhibition and  other Forum events.
  • Popularly perceived as successor of Future Mongolia, held to much acclaim in 2012 and again the next year, Expo Mongolia 2015, organized by Planetfair and JV Messemanagement in Buyant Ukhaa sports complexin Ulaanbaatar from March 23-25, was a huge success, bringing some hope that Mongolia would soon be out of its present economic difficulties.

The successor of Future Mongolia welcomed 2,153 professionals over the three days from Mongolia and surrounding countries. 
  • The new year will begin with a bang for the Mongolian Geology, Mining and Oil sectors. ‘Mongolian Minerals, Oil Forum’, their biggest joint event ever, and the first of what is planned as an annual event in the global calendar, will be held in the third week of January, with support from the Government.
  • The 12th Discover Mongolia International Mining Investors Forum (IMIF) will be held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia during September 4-5, 2014. The conference venue will again be the Children"s Palace of Mongolia, the location of the conference for the past 11 years.
  • Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia - Oil & Oil Shale Mongolia 2014, International investment conference is back with a new scheduled date on 10 - 11 September, 2014 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The official decision is made by the hosts of the event - Ministry of Mining and Petroleum Authority and the organizer Minex Mongolia LLC, after State Ikh Khural, the Parliament of Mongolia passed the long waited new Petroleum Law of Mongolia on 1 July 2014.
